Blooming Creativity: Favorite Spring Color Palettes

Blooming Creativity: Favorite Spring Color Palettes

Spring invokes the essence of colorful creativity. Blooming flowers, chirping birds, blue skies leading into beautiful sunsets. Spring is a great time to capture the colors that can be transformed into beautiful quilts, clothes, or any other number of projects.

I want to give you some color inspiration that you can put into practical use immediately.  Below are 5 different color palettes (fabric brand and names included!) as well as suggested projects for each palette.

Daydream in Bloom

This palette is soft, optimistic, and very modern... pastels without being precious. It feels spring-forward, creative, and a little nostalgic in a cool way.

Project Ideas

Electric Joy

This palette is bold, joyful, and unapologetically fun. It verges on the summer vibes, is a little retro, and very "creative confidence."

Projects

New Leaves

This palette is quiet, grounding, and restorative. It feels like early morning light, houseplants, and deep breaths. Very slow, intentional, and timeless.

Projects

Faded Spring

This palette feels soft, romantic, and quietly nostalgic—like handwritten letters, spring evenings, and gentle daydreams. It’s pastel without being sugary and very timeless.

Projects

Milk & Honey

This palette is warm, creamy, and quietly luxurious. It feels like slow mornings, ceramic mugs, sun-washed linens, and a calm, neutral home that still has depth.
